Finding the right fit
Who do you work with?
Construction and trades are our main focus, including builders, roofers, designers and suppliers. We also work with other service businesses when we are the right fit.
What is the difference between management and content creation?
Content creation supplies filmed and edited reels with captions for you to use. Social media management brings content together with ongoing strategy, scheduling, engagement and account support.
Can I book a one-off service?
Yes. Content creation and photography are available separately from ongoing management. You can also enquire about logo design and a brand kit. Content strategy is included in social media management.
Are you based in Sydney?
Yes. The Social Outlook is based in Sydney. Tell us your business and project locations so we can discuss suitable arrangements.

Do you come to us?
On-site content creation is included in management plans, and site visits are included in the content creation and photography packages. We discuss the arrangements for your business when you enquire.
Do content creation packages include captions?
Yes. Each professionally filmed and edited reel is supplied with a caption.
How many revisions are included?
Content creation and photography packages include one round of revisions.
Are raw files included?
The packages include edited files. Raw files can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can you confirm shoot times and delivery dates?
Tell us about your project and the content you need. We will discuss the shoot arrangements and delivery requirements with you before agreeing the work.

Where can I find pricing?
Tell us what you need and we will walk you through the relevant options and pricing. Prices are provided on enquiry.
Is there a minimum management term?
Social media management plans have a minimum commitment of three months.
Which platforms are included in management?
Presence includes Instagram and Facebook. Momentum and Signature include Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Content counts are across the listed platforms, not per platform.
Can I book strategy on its own?
Content strategy is included in social media management. We do not currently offer it as a standalone service. Logo design and a brand kit are available separately, with exact deliverables confirmed in your proposal.
