Does management include content creation?
Yes. On-site content creation is included alongside strategy, editing, scheduling and account support. We discuss the filming and site needs of your business when you enquire.
Can I just book content instead?
Yes. Content creation is a separate service for businesses that want edited reels and captions to use themselves.
Is there a minimum term?
Our social media management plans have a minimum commitment of three months.
How much onsite content creation is included?
Presence includes 3 hours per month, Momentum includes 4 hours and Signature includes 6 hours. We agree how the time and visits fit your business and project access. Content counts are across the listed platforms, not repeated for each one.
Is paid advertising part of organic management?
Advertising spend is separate. Meta ads management is an optional paid add-on to a social media management plan. We discuss scope and pricing in your proposal.
Do you guarantee followers or enquiries?
No. We agree what the content should support and review relevant signals, including engagement and enquiry quality. A plan is a way to make better decisions, not a guarantee of a particular result.
